The POINT Center MD Leadership Academy is an engaging in-person training designed to strengthen how leaders support their teams, their communities, and their own professional growth.
This two-day Academy equips leaders in Maryland’s drug user health workforce with practical tools to navigate complex environments, support staff effectively, and make high-impact decisions while remaining grounded in purpose.
